Strength, conditioning, and longevity
ABOUT PROTOCOL
A community built around performance and longevity in Bellevue, WA
Why we love this
We believe in living your favorite life. The one with the most authenticity, happiness, and fulfillment. Fitness is foundational for life through increasing performance, shaping your body, and simply having fun. We care a lot about this and are working intensely to optimize Protocol for our members.
What Protocol does
We design an environment for group fitness and coach daily performance classes for our members. Those classes blend strength and conditioning with athletic movement.
Why classes at all?
- Community improves both fitness and quality of life
- Preset programming provides optimal fitness with low mental load
- In performance-focused classes, iron sharpens iron
Can't make a class some days? We open our gym to all members outside of class times so you have a clean, high quality space for your own workouts.
How we make it the best
The community is what makes Protocol special.
We empower our members through:
- Small-group classes for real coaching attention
- Thoughtful class programming
- Named class for every member based around their strengths
- Monthly athletic challenges and competitions
- Consistent performance programming every week
-
Extreme attention to detail for the highest quality environment
- Optimized air quality with live monitoring and IQAir purification (PM2.5 typically < 2.0, CO2 < 700)
- Ideal humidity (40 - 60%)
- Non-toxic products (cleaning, paints)
- Filtered water
We are always looking for ways to improve systems or optimize the space and experience.
Who this is for
People excited about strength, conditioning, and longevity. If you want performance-focused coaching built around those goals, we'd love to have you in class.
What's a class like?
You'll be in a small group (max 12) with a coach who has a deep understanding of class programming and how to scale it to different individuals. Clear warm-up, focused strength or skill work, and a conditioning piece tailored to the day's workout. We tune every element so you can train hard, have fun, and leave feeling great.
