We run coached classes mornings and evenings throughout the week so you can train before or after work. Open gym is available to members 24/7 outside of class times.
Parking is free anywhere in the lot at 1508 128th Pl NE. The 130th/BelRed light rail stop is about a 5-minute walk if you prefer transit.
We are in the Bel-Red district of Bellevue, just off SR-520 and I-405. Kirkland, Redmond, and Mercer Island are each about a 10-15 minute drive, and Seattle is about 20 minutes via SR-520 or I-90.
We completely focus on coached group classes. If you want one-on-one guidance for a skill or goal, talk to a coach and we will provide local recommendations.
If you are searching for CrossFit in Bellevue, Protocol will feel familiar: functional strength and conditioning, coached in small groups. We are an independent gym, not a CrossFit affiliate, and every class is programmed in-house.
